Raytrade offer a 5 year warranty to the first owner of all Yildiz shotguns purchased here in the UK on or after 1 January 2019.
In the event of the shotgun failing due to a manufacturing fault it will be repaired or replaced at no cost. This warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by misuse. The shotgun must be thoroughly cleaned after each use.
The Purchaser, upon discovering a defect in material or workmanship in the firearm, shall contact the dealer where the firearm was purchased or alternatively Raytrade UK Limited at:

Raytrade, upon receiving the Purchaser’s correspondence or phone call, shall provide instructions to the Purchaser governing the manner in which to return the firearm for repair or replacement.
