If you require a warranty repair:
CONTACT RAYTRADE TO ASSESS THE FAULT
We will advise if a warranty claim assessment is available and if so, to ship the item to the Raytrade Warranty Workshop.
On receipt at the Warranty Workshop the problem will be fully assessed and in the event that a valid warranty claim is admissible under the terms of this warranty, all works, parts and carriage to and from the client will be covered.
In the event that the warranty claim is NOT ADMISSABLE, cost of carriage from and to the client will be to the account of the owner and quotation cost of repair work will be provided. No works will be undertaken until the quotation has been accepted in writing.
