{"id":1432,"date":"2019-04-25T19:28:03","date_gmt":"2019-04-25T19:28:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.raytrade.uk\/?page_id=1432"},"modified":"2019-04-25T19:31:09","modified_gmt":"2019-04-25T19:31:09","slug":"warranty-claims-and-procedures","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/raytradeuk.co.uk\/warranty-claims-and-procedures\/","title":{"rendered":"Warranty Claims &#038; Procedures"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>If you require a warranty repair:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CONTACT YOUR LOCAL GUNSHOP TO ASSESS THE FAULT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your local gunshop will submit a warranty\u00a0<strong><a href=\"\/returned-goods-authorisation\">Returned Goods Authorisation Form (RGA)<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0online to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will advise if a warranty claim assessment is available and if so will send a pre-paid consignment note to your gunshop to courier your rifle to our Warranty Workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On receipt at the Warranty Workshop the problem will be fully assessed and in the event that a valid warranty claim is admissible under the terms of this warranty, all works, parts and carriage to and from the specified Registered Firearms Dealer will be covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event that the warranty claim is NOT ADMISSABLE, cost of carriage from and to the specified Registered Firearms Dealer will be to the account of the firearm owner and quotation cost of repair work will be provided.
